Each page of the application presents an overview of the monitored objects.
With one click on the official notice of your choice (in grey,
orange or according to the color code
... on the map), you get a brief description and a link to the details of the object.
Same with the file number in the table of “Debt & bankruptcy” and in the alerts history.

The “matches” menu allows you to make a new search as well as to choose from search criteria that you have previously saved.

Select a date to view the corresponding objects. A click on the title of a given object unveils its summary and a link for more information.
Once your watches are saved, you will receive alerts if one or several official notices meet your search criteria.
These alerts sent for new official notices are also available in the application :
When you change your search criteria, we also send you on the following day (and one time only) a message with the overview of all “current” official notices that meet them.

With one click, project information is automatically entered into your personalized letter template.
Your letter template may include links and images, as well as text formatted in text-bold or italics.
Define in the User profile your service offer, the contact information of your company, as well as in the editing window the logo and the whole body of the letter.
Or drop a Word file to create your letter template in one go.
Then, for each construction project, you can change all fields (e.g. by copying text with all available formatting information from the clipboard) and confirm the result with the “Preview” button.
With the “Print” button, you get the letter as a PDF file, ready to be printed on your letterhead.
The “Send” button creates a new email message (in plain text), ready to be sent. The same content is also available in HTML format in the clipboard.
When viewing a file or after sending an offer of service, you can set a follow-up date in a calendar (with your notes).
Follow-up dates are presented, with all relevant information, in the calendar of your choice.
If this is the NeatAlerts calendar, a reminder message will be sent to you at the beginning of the corresponding week.
You can adapt your schedule by moving an event to another day, or out of the calendar to delete it.
For this example, no modification is taken into account.
You build the teams yourself , and choose the authorizations and access rights.
When viewing a file, you can assign the corresponding task to a team or one of its members.
It will only take one click for them to announce that the task is completed.
Analyse the market trend in just a few clicks: number of publications, area of the corresponding plots, price, or price/m2 calculated with 9 statistics.
You can choose the degree of aggregation (cantons, districts or cities), the types of files, or limit your analysis to the objects corresponding to your search criteria (e.g. “villas within a 2km radius of Freiburg”).
The selected period (e.g. “Last quarter”) is compared to the same period in previous years.
