The button lets you center the map so that all of your watches be visible at the same time, while another
allows to select the full screen mode.
The next checkbox shows the current official notices (in white,
grey,
orange or according to the color code
... on the map), only these matching your search criteria (in
orange), or none.
By “current” is meant the official notices published less than a month ago.
It is also possible to change the map's appearance with a click (4 types, e.g. satellite view) or double-click (4 styles of the standard type).
A tooltip informs you of the date of publication and the type of the works for each official notice.
With one click on the official notice of your choice (in grey,
orange or according to the color code
... on the map), you get the description of the works (truncated so as not to fill the entire screen) and the link to the details of this project.
The button in the toolbar lets you create a watch.
You may also double click on any location on the map to create a watch.
You move a watch on the map with the mouse, or by changing the address in the settings of a watch.
By pulling on any of the four controls of the circle that surrounds each watch, you change the perimeter of surveillance.
A double-click on the watch (or the button
in the settings of a watch) allows you to delete it.
Then don't forget to save your changes with the button at the right of the toolbar!
The checkbox at the left of the header opens or closes the settings of this watch.
The name in the header matches the label that you have specified in the settings of a watch, or by default the contents of the address (construction projects, real estate sales and public procurements), the company name (company publications), or the debtor's name (debt enforcement, composition agreement and bankruptcy).
You may combine several surveillance modes, e.g. a perimeter around a place (also displayed on the map) and keywords.
A dark background indicates a disabled surveillance mode (e.g. in the absence of keyword). If several surveillance modes are enabled for a same watch, you will receive an alert only for official notices that match all these criteria.
The following controls relative to construction projects & real estate sales are available:

Keywords are of 2 types: “Plain text” (case-insensitive) or “Regular expression”.
In the case of a “Plain text”, it would suffice that only one keyword matches (in addition to these designated as mandatory by the immediately preceding +
character, and without these designated as forbidden by the immediately preceding -
character) to trigger an alert:
heating "thermal insulation"
to search for installations of a heating system in the Description
Keywords are separated by a space and/or comma. You may also enclose in single or double quotes one or several words that will then become one single keyword. In the case of double quotes, this keyword will be delimited (i.e. without partial match).
Standard patterns are also available:
@4154
searches for constructions and sales on plot no. 4154 (a possible prefix, e.g. @DP4154
, is disregarded), likewise for plot @104A
or @261.1
in the States which allow such suffixesH>50
means more than 50 m², H≤100
up to 100 m², and H51-100
from 51 to 100 m²Z
follows the same syntax (e.g. Z4-5
means between 4 and 5 rooms)E
follows the same syntax (e.g. E3-5
means from the ground floor to the 5th floor)S
follows the same syntax (e.g. the Address Zürichstr S35-50
or the Plot S2150-2250
)P
follows the same syntax with also the possibility to indicate the unit (K
or M
)#flat
(also #apartment
), #villa
, #building
, #office
, #business
, #industry
, #restaurant
, #plot
, #agriculture
, or #annex
+P≥3M +#villa -#flat
to search for single-family houses over 3 million CHF
In the case of a “Regular expression”, the more complex syntax appears also very flexible:
/Ramuz 1[2-7]/i
to search for numbers 12 to 17 of C.F.‑Ramuz Street in the Address
The /
character at the start and end of the regular expression is the delimiter. You may choose another delimiter (e.g. #
or ~
). The search pattern must not contain the delimiter without being preceded by the \\
character. The last i
character is a search option for ignoring the case.
If you enable the surveillance modes by perimeter around a place and keywords for a same watch, you will receive an alert only for official notices that match both criteria.
